Before work starts
If a paid project is cancelled before work has started and before non-refundable third-party costs have been purchased, a refund may be considered according to the written project agreement.
Work already completed
Payments covering work already completed, approved milestones, consultation time or delivered items are normally not refundable. If only part of the agreed work has been completed, any refund decision should account for the value of work already done.
Third-party costs
Domain registration, hosting, licences, paid APIs, equipment, printing and other third-party costs are subject to the provider's own refund rules and may be non-refundable.
Digital and custom work
Custom software, design and development are made for a specific client. Refunds are therefore handled against the signed quotation, invoice, milestone or service agreement rather than as a standard retail return.
How to raise a request
Send the project or invoice reference and a short explanation to info@netbit.pk. We will review the work status and the terms agreed for that project.
Important: If a signed quotation or contract has different refund terms, those written project terms apply.
